For K only.  Do not purchase, please. Floriography, or the Victorian Language of Flowers, was developed as a way to secretly communicate during a time when proper etiquette discouraged overt displays of emotion. First emerging in 1819, this coded “language” was used widely throughout England and America during the 19th century.

This one of a kind necklace is a collaboration between my friend, @gisellekolbjewelry and me.  Giselle created the beautiful Ethiopian opal pendant, hand fabricating each component with a combination of sterling silver and solid 18k gold.  The tiny flower and leaves are all hand made and vitreous enamel was used to create the beautiful colors you see.  The solid gold loop is accented with a pink/lavender sapphire.

The hand knotted silk necklace, created by me, includes faceted morganite, Ethiopian opals and apatite rondelles.  The ends are finished with two solid 14k gold clasps in an antique style to capture the nature of Victorian jewelry.  The pendant is removable, allowing for versatility.

The secret message in this bouquet?
Zinnia-Pink-Everlasting Friendship

Chamomile-Energy In Adversity

The necklace measures 18" in length.
