A beautiful 9ct gold locket (hallmarked) from the Edwardian era has been filled with faceted gemstones of amethyst, peridot, aquamarine, rhodolite garnet and citrine. To complement the beautiful simplicity of this locket, I chose to create a unique chain featuring a variety of shaped gemstone bezels wire wrapped onto oxidized sterling chain. The chain is hand oxidized, and polished to a high finish, and each bezel was meticulously wire wrapped using solid 14kt gold wire. The bezels, too, are surrounded by solid 14kt gold, and the gemstones are genuine amethyst, peridot, blue topaz and citrine. Each lovely bezel has a unique shape, either pear, circle or oval, and also echoes the gemstone shapes that float within the locket. I specialize in sourcing unique and beautiful antique lockets, and reinventing them with one of a kind, hand made chains. All of my pieces are finished jewelry created with great attention to detail, so that they will become cherished heirlooms once again.
